The look and feel of Glass-Gard has changed! Our new design features non-elastic material that looks sharp, will not stretch, and will last longer than elastic.
All the metal components in Glass-Gard have been replaced by our exclusively designed high-impact molded plastic parts. Our new parts are lighter and more comfortable and are not effected by body oils, salt, or other chemicals in the air. Glass-Gard will be available in more colors as well as color combinations and new stock prints. We will also be able to offer custom printed bands. Call or e-mail us for details. Originally designed in 1952 by Dr. Suren M. Seron for use by persons engaged in active sports, the Glass-Gard has continued to help keep eyeglasses comfortably in place worldwide for over 52 years. Over the years we have strived to innovate and patent new ideas to make the Glass-Gard even better. Rugged enough to be used by the U.S. Marine Corps, Glass-Gard holds any type of eyeglasses – reading, safety, and special purpose – securely in place. | ||
